WARTS Introduction

Picture
WARTS - Wortham and Redgrave Theatre Society - is a local amateur theatre group located on the Norfolk/Suffolk boarder, with the majority of our current work being rehearsed and performed in Botesdale at the Village Hall.  To date the group has performed over 90 full length and one act plays, and continues to go from strength to strength.  We normally have two productions each year - one in late Spring/early Summer and one shortly before Christmas.  Rehearsal times are on a Wednesday evening from 7.30pm to 10pm.
Although we are a relatively small group of amateur actors, performing drama, comedy, panto, and music hall, members are committed, hard working, patient and friendly.  The group welcomes newcomers interested in acting, directing, costume, lighting, sound, set design, set building and stage management.
